What can I expect during a session?
Each session is unique, but you can expect a calm, quiet experience focused on helping your body relax.
You’ll lie down fully clothed in a comfortable, plant-filled space. I work gently using light touch or hands hovering above the body, depending on what feels right for you. Many people experience deep relaxation, warmth, a sense of grounding, or simply feeling more present and at ease.
There’s nothing you need to do. Your body responds in the way it needs to.
How should I prepare for my session?
You don’t need to prepare in any special way.
Wear comfortable clothing and arrive as you are.
Some people like to reflect on how they’ve been feeling or what they’re needing more of lately, but there’s no requirement to set an intention. We let the session unfold naturally.
Where are sessions held?
Sessions are held in my private home space, designed to feel calm, welcoming, and grounded. The space is filled with natural light, plants, and a quiet atmosphere that supports relaxation.

What happens after a session?

What if I’ve never had Reiki before?
That’s completely okay. You don’t need any prior experience.
The sessions are gentle, non-invasive, and focused on helping your body relax and reset. Many people who are new to Reiki describe it as calming, grounding, and surprisingly simple.
