My Story
Hi my name is Carmelina.
My journey began with a feeling I couldn’t ignore, a deep knowing that the way I was living no longer reflected who I truly was.
I was burned out, disconnected, and craving something more meaningful.
So I chose a different path.
I stepped away from the 9–5 routine and moved toward slowness, ritual, nature, and creativity.
I immersed myself in Reiki and energy work, returned to making art, and began listening to the quiet wisdom within.
I found myself in the stillness, breath, movement, and the morning light.
Today, I guide others through their return to self.
Whether you're navigating a season of transition, healing from burnout, or stepping into your own awakening, this is a space where you are deeply seen, supported, and honored.
Why My Work is Different
Everything I offer comes from lived experience and deep intention.
Here, healing is not about fixing because you are not broken.
It’s about remembering.
Remembering the light, the wisdom, and the power that have always lived inside of you.
Each Reiki session, sound bath journey, handmade crystal piece, and each ritual I share is infused with presence, love, and a deep honoring of your spirit.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle form of energy work that helps you feel calmer, balanced, and connected.

The Science Behind It
Reiki has been shown to activate your body’s natural relaxation response. Studies suggest it can help reduce stress, lower anxiety, and support better sleep by calming the nervous system.
While science can’t fully explain how energy work functions, many people report feeling lighter, more balanced, and deeply at peace after a session.
You don’t have to believe in energy for your body to respond.
It already knows how to come back into balance, Reiki simply creates the space for it to happen.
What’s a session with me like?

It’s a chance to pause, reset, and let go of what’s been weighing you down — mentally, emotionally, or physically.
During a session, you’ll lay down fully clothed while I gently work with your energy using my hands — either just above your body or with light touch. Most people say they feel warmth, tingling, or a wave of calm they didn’t even realize they needed.
There’s no pressure, no effort.
Just quiet support, meeting you exactly where you are.
This isn’t about fixing you.
